About the Product

Vietnamese straw mushrooms are cultivated on rice straw in controlled conditions across the Mekong Delta, prized for their button-shaped caps, tender texture and subtle earthy flavour. After harvesting, the mushrooms are washed, sorted by size and grade, and thermally canned in a light brine solution to lock in freshness. No artificial preservatives or colours are used.
