Our canned sweet corn is processed from freshly harvested Vietnamese sweet corn at peak sweetness. The kernels are stripped from the cob, washed, blanched and packed in a light brine of water, salt and sugar. The canning process uses thermal sterilisation, eliminating the need for artificial preservatives while delivering a shelf life as indicated on the label. The result is a ready-to-eat product with the natural sweetness and tender bite of fresh corn.
Vietnamese sweet corn is cultivated in fertile highland and Mekong Delta regions, benefiting from Vietnam’s tropical climate to produce high-sugar, high-moisture corn with excellent colour and flavour. Our production facilities operate under HACCP and ISO food safety frameworks.
