Vietnamese purple passion fruit, extracted and finished to single strength, pasteurised and frozen at FSSC 22000- and HACCP-certified partner plants; held at −18 °C for 24 months.
Bottlers who dose concentrate have to rebuild aroma and hit a Brix target. NFC juice arrives at the strength it left the fruit, so the lot report is your recipe input and the label can say not from concentrate.
This page covers frozen single-strength juice and seedless purée. Aseptic packs are possible by agreement, with partner capacity confirmed per order. VinFruits Global sources, specifies and exports; the partner plant's registration and certificates come with the quotation.

Market access
United States
Juice HACCP under 21 CFR 120 covers juice and purées used in beverages: a 5-log pathogen reduction, or one thermal step that makes the pack shelf-stable. Your importer must hold written proof, and the plant must be FDA-registered.
EU
Reconstituted passion fruit juice must reach 12.0 °Bx under Directive 2012/12/EU; NFC is sold at its natural strength. Residues are the weak point, so each lot is screened against EU limits.
China and Japan
China needs the plant registered with GACC under Decree 280. Japan holds unlisted pesticides to 0.01 mg/kg, so the residue panel is matched before loading.

Before you order
How do I start with passion fruit NFC juice?
Ask for a frozen sample with the lot's data sheet first. After approval we agree trial cartons or drums, then full 20-ft or 40-ft reefer containers; the pack count depends on drum or carton size and is stated in the quotation.
Should I buy frozen NFC juice, seedless purée or seeded pulp?
Buy frozen NFC or seedless purée for pumped beverage and dairy lines, thawed before use. Choose frozen seeded pulp in cartons when seeds are part of the product. Aseptic packs are possible by agreement, with partner capacity confirmed per order.
What does the US require for imported passion fruit juice?
Juice HACCP under 21 CFR 120 applies to juice and purées used in beverages. The plant shows a 5-log reduction or a single shelf-stable thermal step, and your importer keeps written records of it.
